The Volt Comfort and City Electric Bike models have a walk mode that allows you to propel the ebike forward at 3.5 mph (6 km/h) while walking next to it. The walk assist mode helps you with moving your bike without the need to push its full weight.
Operating Walk Assist
Press and hold the “-” button on the Bafang display.
Display will show the icon * indicating the ebike is in walk mode, and it will begin moving forward as long as the "-" button is held down.
To exit walk assist mode, release the "-" button
The bike walking icon will appear on the display when the e-bike is in Walk Assist Mode
