- ZenFitness members can rate and review reservations they’ve taken through ZenFitness on a 5-star scale.
- Members are prompted to rate their reservation when they log into their ZenFitness account after attending it.
- They can only rate a reservation that they have actually attended, so you know that a rating represents a true class experience.
Overall, a studio’s star rating shows the average user rating submitted for reservations at that business over the past 90 days. The number of reviews equals the total that have been submitted for the business as a whole.
