XC - How do I get a replacement battery lock key?

To purchase a replacement battery key for your Volt XC bike you will need to contact ABUS Security directly by visiting keys.abus.com. In order for ABUS to send you the correct replacement key you will have needed to register your key with ABUS or to know your key number.

If you did not register your key or do not have your key number you can contact the Volt customer service team by phone at [phone] to obtain your key number. If you registered your Volt bike, then we will be able to look up what key you need with your email address, otherwise you will need to provide your bike's serial number.
