After about 700 charging cycles (6-7 years for most riders), you may notice a drop in the range of your Volt Electric Bike. This is a sign that your e-bike battery needs to be replaced. 

When that time comes, you can purchase a replacement e-bike battery for your Volt City or Volt Comfort from Volt Electric Bikes directly.  To purchase a replacement for your Volt XC e-bike bike, contact a Shimano dealer in your area.
