Do I need to be home when my bike is delivered?

Most bikes will ship via Fed Ex Ground, which doesn’t require you to be home to accept delivery, though you may wish to do so as the boxes are quite large.  Our Shipping Policy has additional information.

Please note, that due to recent changes in shipping regulations, all XC models will be shipped on a pallet using one of our preferred freight carriers. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule the delivery a day or two in advance, and you will need to be home to accept the delivery. 

Also, as the box is easier to move with two people, you might want to ask someone to help.
