Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?

If the order has not shipped, the order can be cancelled for a full refund. If the bicycle has already shipped and needs to be shipped back, it will be treated as a return. A return shipping Volt of $175 will be deducted from the refund, and the refund payment will be made once the bicycle and/or accessories arrive at the warehouse.
